Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and potential clients to promote and sell Quick Mix products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Provide product demonstrations, samples, and training to customers and retail staff to enhance product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance performance and skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bali).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
