Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential B2B clients in target industries.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs, highlighting product/service benefits.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Document all interactions in CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales approaches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (verbal and written).
