Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential B2B clients in target industries.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs, highlighting product/service benefits.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all interactions in CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales approaches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and common objections in lead conversion.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be considered for top candidates).
