Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients (retailers, distributors, corporate buyers) in Baliās key regions: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for mobile accessory sales in the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, product demonstrations, and personalized service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to Baliās diverse customer base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, mobile accessories, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape, including key regions like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mobile accessories, tech gadgets, or related products.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings, trade shows, and market visits.
