Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for mobile accessories in the B2B segment.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients, retailers, and distributors in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials that drive brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to the management team.
- Represent Oase Technology Asia at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, mobile accessories, or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
