Responsibility
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients, identifying needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with client expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales pitches.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Open to relocating to Bali or already based in the region.
