Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and results using CRM tools.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
