Responsibility
- Conduct client consultations (remote or in-person) to identify insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through follow-ups and relationship management.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Document client interactions and sales activities accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance or sales experience required—full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Basic computer literacy (email, video calls, CRM tools).
- Ability to work part-time (flexible hours, minimum 15-20 hours/week).
- Residents of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
