Responsibility
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to discuss insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options clearly.
- Assist clients in selecting the best insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required—full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, virtual meetings).
