Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value clients in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement data-driven campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, email marketing, social media) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
