Oase Technology Asia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in the vibrant Bali region. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with potential B2B clients, including retailers, distributors, and corporate partners. You will promote our high-quality mobile accessories, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our B2B client base in Bali’s retail and corporate sectors.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including mobile accessory retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our mobile accessories.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for B2B clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the mobile accessories, electronics, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and corporate landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
