Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in Baliās mobile accessories market.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients across assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our mobile accessories.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, trade shows, and co-branding opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates for performance tracking.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or tech retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Baliās retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and existing industry connections are a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for meetings.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
