Responsibility

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, retail stores) across Bali to expand Frozt Bite Ice Cream’s market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and F&B industries.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations to close deals and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Represent Frozt Bite Ice Cream at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets.
  • Basic understanding of sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
