Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, retail stores) across Bali to expand Frozt Bite Ice Cream’s market presence.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and F&B industries.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations to close deals and drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Represent Frozt Bite Ice Cream at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets.
- Basic understanding of sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and sales activities.
- A passion for sales and a track record of exceeding targets.
