Responsibility
- Identify and engage B2B prospects (hotels, resorts, logistics companies, tourism operators) to pitch EV tricycle solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor proposals to meet client needs, highlighting cost savings and sustainability benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term client relationships and recurring revenue.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a commission structure that rewards performance.
- Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for lead generation.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer feedback in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, field sales, or direct sales (EV/automotive industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (tourism, logistics, or hospitality sectors preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales tracking software.
