Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, including retailers, boutiques, and fashion buyers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s wholesale network in Bali and beyond.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product catalogs, and pricing proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, wholesale pricing, and retail buyer behavior.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
