Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients in the plastics, manufacturing, and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent Mah Sing Plastics Industries at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in plastics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
