Join PT X-Motors Internasional Group, a leading name in the automotive industry, as we expand our Channel & Spare Parts Sales team in the vibrant Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung). We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling automotive products, including tires, lubricants, and spare parts.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers. Your expertise in the automotive aftermarket will help us strengthen our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bali, offering a competitive salary package (IDR 8M–15M/month) plus performance-based incentives. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the automotive sector, we want to hear from you!

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for automotive spare parts, tires, and lubricants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retail partners while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide product training and technical support to clients to ensure proper usage and maximize sales potential.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery and after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, particularly in spare parts, tires, or lubricants.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
