With a focus on field sales, business development, and account management, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving our revenue targets and enhancing our brand presence in Bali.

Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and business owners, to generate leads and expand our customer base in Bali.
- Conduct field visits to understand client needs, present product solutions, and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
- Provide post-sales support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in the construction, real estate, or flooring industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
