Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the apparel, uniform, and textile manufacturing sectors across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for performance analysis.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
