Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the company’s customer base in the B2B sector.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including banks, financial institutions, and large enterprises, to present our financial products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities within the financial industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met and sales strategies are aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress toward targets.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the banking, financial services, or corporate sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
