Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on revenue growth and client retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, account management) to enhance client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals efficiently while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
