Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in B2B organizations to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth strategies to management.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the publishing, information services, or technology sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
