In this role, you will be the human touchpoint for renewal negotiations, objection handling, and relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Based in the vibrant locations of Bali, you will work closely with our Atlas team to escalate and resolve renewal challenges, driving retention and revenue growth. Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B accounts, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn.
- Conduct strategic negotiations to secure contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Handle client objections professionally, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success) to escalate and resolve renewal challenges.
- Analyze client usage data and feedback to identify risks and proactively address concerns.
- Prepare and present renewal proposals, highlighting value and ROI to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and renewal statuses in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer retention roles.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
