Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand SEGi University's presence in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and government agencies.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the education sector.
- Drive sales and enrollment targets through effective outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Represent SEGi University at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the education landscape in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
