Join a dynamic Japanese Multinational Corporation (MNC) as a B2B Marketing Executive and drive data-driven marketing strategies in the heart of Bali. This is an immediate hiring opportunity offering an attractive remuneration package, including Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (VB).

As a key player in our marketing team, you will leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to optimize campaigns, analyze customer behavior, and enhance lead generation for our B2B clients. Based in Bali’s vibrant business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll collaborate with global teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness for Japanese MNC clients.
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted content, email campaigns, and digital ads tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging tools (e.g., GA4, CRM systems, marketing automation).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an MNC or agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Japanese language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
