Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional development.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and campaign performance, using analytics tools to optimize strategies and budget allocation.
- Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach.
- Spearhead product launches and promotional initiatives, coordinating with sales and product teams to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management with measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation software.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
