As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies, from concept to market. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing innovative commercialization strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Based in the vibrant locations of Bali, this role offers a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for brand development and commercial success.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies for new and existing FMCG products, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create integrated launch plans and trade activation campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end commercialization process, including pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercialization initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams, to ensure successful product placement and visibility.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of commercialization projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in brand management, commercialization, or a related role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing products, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
