We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Translation Specialist to bridge the gap between our brand and a diverse, international audience in Bali’s vibrant communities, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute multilingual marketing campaigns (English, Indonesian, and potentially Japanese) to promote Kawai Musik School’s courses and instruments.
- Translate and localize website content, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials while maintaining brand voice and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with the sales and education teams to create targeted content for Bali’s expat and local communities.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging, localized content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in music education and instrument sales in Bali and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with local music schools, event organizers, and influencers to expand brand partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and promoting workshops, recitals, and product launches in key Bali locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in Japanese is a strong plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, content creation, or translation, preferably in the education or music industry.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content for different cultural audiences.
- Passion for music, education, or the arts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
