We are expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking a motivated B2B Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Bali.
As a B2B Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting LUMIO’s electric vehicles and building long-term partnerships with businesses, government entities, and organizations. Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new dealers, corporate clients, and institutional partners in Bali.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase LUMIO’s electric vehicle solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for EV units and related services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and roadshows.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, electric vehicles, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales role.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Familiarity with electric vehicles, clean energy, or sustainable technologies is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company-provided EV for work.
