As a B2B Corporate Sales Executive, you will conduct in-depth market research to identify healthcare service needs within corporate sectors, develop tailored sales strategies, and close high-value deals. Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify corporate healthcare service needs and trends.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Present and negotiate sales proposals to close high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or corporate services sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
