Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of B2B collections specialists, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing actionable insights and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to align collections efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing debt collection practices.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collections targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of collections software, CRM systems, and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client and team relationships effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in B2B collections, particularly in a global context.
