Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of collections specialists to achieve cash flow targets and reduce aging receivables.
  • Design and implement effective collections strategies tailored to B2B clients, ensuring timely payments and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., DSO, aging reports) to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to align collections efforts with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical collections practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance, risks, and action plans to senior management.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B collections, credit management, or financial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collections targets and reducing DSO in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and collections automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
