Responsibility
- Develop and expand a portfolio of B2B clients, including car workshops, dealerships, spare parts shops, and corporate fleets in Bali.
- Promote and sell premium car batteries, engine oils, lubricants, and related automotive products to meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to understand their needs, present product solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide technical product knowledge, pricing, and sales recommendations to drive customer decision-making.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order follow-up, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, trade shows, and product launches in the region.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to track performance against KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, industrial, or lubricants sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients at all levels.
- Deep understanding of automotive products (batteries, engine oils, lubricants) and their applications.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
