Join our high-growth Pre-IPO SaaS startup as a B2B Account Executive and be part of our founding team in Southeast Asia! We're looking for driven, bilingual professionals (English + Mandarin/Bahasa) to help us build our Malaysia and Indonesia markets from the ground up (0→1). As a key player in our sales team, you'll have the chance to earn competitive commissions on top of your base salary, with total compensation reaching up to IDR 16,000,000/month. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies for the Indonesian and Malaysian markets, leveraging your sales expertise and cultural fluency to drive rapid growth.

Responsibility

  • Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in Malaysia and Indonesia, with a focus on enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Indonesian market, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales conversions and meet quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive insights to refine strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our product effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or tech startups.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a hunter role.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in Malaysia or Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
