Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, to meet business requirements.
- Migrate on-premises infrastructure, applications, and data to Azure with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including identity management (Azure AD), conditional access, and compliance policies.
- Automate cloud operations using Azure PowerShell, CLI, ARM templates, or Bicep to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor system performance, analyze usage metrics, and recommend cost-saving optimizations for cloud resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing business processes and third-party applications.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders on Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Cloud Engineer, Azure Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Specialist.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, Backup, and Disaster Recovery).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, or Terraform).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
