Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive induction, initial, and continuation training programs for AMO and CAMO personnel in accordance with EASA, FAA, or CAAS standards.
- Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital modules, tailored to adult learning principles.
- Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations, written exams, and competency-based assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content based on regulatory changes, technological advancements, and organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to support career development and skill enhancement for aviation professionals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure training environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine training methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., EASA Part-66, FAA A&P) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aviation maintenance, engineering, or a CAMO/AMO environment.
- Proven track record as a training instructor, technical trainer, or subject matter expert in aviation.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, DGCA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and multimedia training tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
