Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee aviation security policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Lead and train security personnel to ensure adherence to FedEx's security standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with local authorities, airport officials, and internal teams to maintain seamless security operations.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents, preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation security laws, including ICAO, TSA, and local regulations.
- Manage security technology systems, such as surveillance, access control, and screening equipment.
- Foster a culture of security awareness through training programs and communication initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation security, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations, including ICAO, TSA, and local Indonesian laws.
- Certification in aviation security (e.g., AVSEC, IATA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or audits.
