Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes to support the AIR Group's operational efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information.
- Liaise with research teams, partners, and vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration and project delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making and communication.
- Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and procurement activities in alignment with organizational policies.
- Provide logistical support for research initiatives, including travel arrangements and resource allocation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in a research or academic setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software.
