Responsibility

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the sales and service teams by coordinating appointments and maintaining customer records.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous responses.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist in inventory management and tracking of dealership supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance administrative skills.
  • Provide general support to the dealership’s administrative and operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive industry terminology is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
