Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of aviation components and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or WMS systems, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Verify compliance of all parts and materials with airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and air waybills.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and quality standards (e.g., AS9100) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs clearance is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
