Responsibility
- Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and lighting for school events and daily operations.
- Produce, edit, and manage high-quality video content for school promotions, ceremonies, and educational purposes.
- Capture and process professional-grade photography for school marketing, yearbooks, and digital platforms.
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot PA systems for assemblies, performances, and external presentations.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate multimedia tools into classroom activities and special projects.
- Ensure all AV equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and stored to extend lifespan and performance.
- Provide technical support during live events, including sound mixing and real-time problem-solving.
- Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance school capabilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Media Production, Audio Engineering, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in AV system operation, video production, or photography in an educational or corporate setting.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong knowledge of sound reinforcement systems, mixers, and wireless microphones.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced, event-driven environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for high-stakes presentations.
- Familiarity with live streaming and virtual event platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
