Responsibility
- Design, install, and configure audio-visual systems including sound, video, lighting, and control systems for commercial and corporate environments.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to assess AV requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and calibration to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for existing AV installations, including software updates and hardware upgrades.
- Develop and implement AV system schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and industry standards to recommend innovative solutions.
- Train end-users and client staff on system operation and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installations and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in AV system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with AV software and hardware, including DSP processors, video switchers, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Dante, HDBaseT) and AV-over-IP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
