Responsibility
- Install GPS tracking devices and related electronic systems in vehicles according to company standards and specifications.
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot issues with GPS tracking systems and other automotive electronics.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use and maintenance of GPS tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement improvements in installation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GPS technology and automotive electronics.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations and repairs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive electronics, GPS installation, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and GPS technology is a plus.
