Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair and maintenance procedures to vehicle owners.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Certification from a recognized automotive training program or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicle issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
