Responsibility

- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize service appointments efficiently.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle details.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, service promotions, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
