Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues accurately, and provide detailed service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services.
- Explain technical diagnoses and repair recommendations in a customer-friendly manner.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service histories, and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, service promotions, and company policies to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service advising, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or degree is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
