Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the dealership, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements in the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize workflows and maximize revenue.
- Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive operations management, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
