Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, tracking, and optimizing stock to meet demand.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the management team to align branch operations with organizational goals and objectives.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and operational procedures in accordance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive branch management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automotive management software.
