Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for automotive products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract closures with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
- Stay updated on automotive industry developments, product knowledge, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, SEO) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
