Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and business partners to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive tyre market across Bali, including key areas such as Denpasar, Kuta, and Ubud.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the tyre industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent Sunlun Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of the automotive market in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
