Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the automotive sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, fleet operators, and logistics companies, to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Autokid Truck Solutionsā vehicles and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales support, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Deep understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer pain points in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
